Experienced and passionate professional, Neil has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Graduate in technic and law, he was previously Property Manager, CEO of a real estate merchant compagny and Head of Acquisition and Investment. He takes over the direction of Naef Commercial Knight Frank through our three poles of competence (Geneva, Vaud and Neuchâtel) with the mission to give scale and influence to this brand dedicated to investment and commercial real estate.

Cyril Peyrot has a solid career in the fields of analysis, consulting and real estate transactions. With his experience, it was only natural for him to join the Naef Immobilier group to first develop the commercial rental service and now the investment sector for real estate players in Geneva. His role within Naef Commercial Knight Frank is to support Geneva investment property owners, both private and institutional, in their disposal and/or acquisition strategy.

Jacques Emery has always been active in real estate on a private basis before developing his real estate career as a broker in Geneva. In 2014, he became Sales director of Naef Immobilier Geneva and took responsibility for the Naef Prestige Knight Frank brand for the group.
In 2020, he will take over as head of sales for the entire group and for the Naef Commercial Knight Frank. 
What is important to him? His clients' satisfaction, valuing their properties for sale and rent, developing motivated and efficient teams as well as optimising and digitalising the sales process.

With a Master's degree in International Relations, Vanessa later specialized in the field of real estate by obtaining a Master's degree from the Institute of Real Estate Studies in Geneva (IEI). After working in the management of a family-owned rental property portfolio, Vanessa joined Naef Commercial Knight Frank in January 2021, where she has been collaborating in the sale of income-producing properties within the investment department. She looks forward to utilizing her skills to assist clients in their real estate projects.

Maxime joined the Naef Commercial Knight Frank team in November 2022 as a commercial associate. He was involved in various commercial activities such as the sale and rental of commercial space.

He trained as a draughtsman at 3BM3 Atelier d'Architecture SA in Geneva. He worked on the construction of two PPE apartment buildings in Vandœuvres, where he was involved in a variety of tasks, including pre-execution, execution, various studies and site supervision.

He now holds the position of junior real estate analyst in the investment department.

Erika joined the Naef Group in 2019, alongside her Bachelor's degree in International Business. She brings with her international experience, having lived in the Netherlands and worked at Knight Frank in London. With her educational background and experience across various departments within the group (commercial real estate, property management, marketing), Erika is well-equipped to provide comprehensive and informed advice to her clients and offer a tailor-made marketing strategy for the commercialisation of properties. She currently handles the sale and leasing of commercial spaces, assisting both property owners and tenant. 

Sophie joined Naef Commercial Knight Frank in March 2023 as an analyst for the sales department.

Dynamic and passionate, she possesses versatile expertise in several domains. After graduating from EHL, Sophie decided to invest her career in the real estate field. She underwent training at SVIT, where she gained in-depth knowledge in property management, law, appraisal, brokerage, marketing, and accounting, enabling her to have a comprehensive understanding of real estate and positioning herself as an expert in the field.

Virginie Galland joined Naef in 2012 in the Geneva property management department, then quickly took responsibility for a portfolio of customers after obtaining her Brevet fédéral de gérante d'immeubles. In 2017, she was appointed deputy manager of Naef Immobilier Genève's property management department, before becoming a member of general management in 2020. From July 1, 2023, she became CEO, overseeing the Group’s 9 agencies and key activities, namely property management, PPE administration and Virginie Galland, as CEO of Naef Immobilier, will be responsible for the core activities of the group : property management, condominium administration and all segments of brokerage (Naef, Naef Projets Neufs for all new developments, investment and commercial real estate and prime properties in partnership with Knight Frank).

Frédéric Fancello has always been active in real estate and joined the Geneva agency of the Naef Immobilier group in 1995, where he held various positions within the real property management department: hired as technical manager, then administrative manager, he has evolved within the agency and has been heading the Geneva real estate management department since 2007. He is also strongly involved in numerous professional associations and societies, in particular the APGCI (Association Professionnelle des Gérants et Courtiers en Immeuble de Genève) of which he is Vice-President of the Committee and Chairman of the Training Commission.

After several years of experience in property management, Cédric Perruchoud joined the Naef Immobilier group in 2020 as co-head of the Property Management Department in Geneva. Since 2017, he has also been a member of the APGCI training commission (Association Professionnelle des Gérants et Courtiers en Immeubles).
