Apr\u00e8s un premier trimestre particuli\u00e8rement actif (CHF 689 millions), le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre affiche CHF 582 millions investis, un repli d&rsquo;environ 15 %, mais un niveau qui confirme l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat soutenu des investisseurs pour la place genevoise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des transactions moins nombreuses, mais plus importantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le trimestre se distingue par une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations de grande taille : les cinq principales ventes repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 elles seules pr\u00e8s de 57 % du volume trimestriel, dont deux transactions majeures \u00e0 Plainpalais et \u00e0 Carouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les immeubles mixtes en t\u00eate, l&rsquo;ESG de plus en plus d\u00e9terminant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les immeubles \u00ab habitations-activit\u00e9s \u00bb dominent le trimestre avec 44 % des montants investis.
