Our department was mandated to sell a portfolio of 4 buildings in Chêne-Bourg, either as separate or grouped lots. To do this, we marketed the buildings in two ways in order to reach the most investors. In addition, we favoured commercialisation in the form of a two-stage tendering, which enabled us to optimise the portfolio's sales price by more than 10%. The type of property did not present any particular risk, investors were present.
