Experienced and passionate professional, Neil has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Graduate in technic and law, he was previously Property Manager, CEO of a real estate merchant compagny and Head of Acquisition and Investment. He takes over the direction of Naef Commercial Knight Frank through our three poles of competence (Geneva, Vaud and Neuchâtel) with the mission to give scale and influence to this brand dedicated to investment and commercial real estate.

Rafael Garcia joined the Naef Commercial Knight Frank Group in September 2023 with the aim of expanding sales and rental activities in the canton of Vaud.

With over 10 years' experience in letting, he has built close relationships with the various stakeholders in French-speaking Switzerland. Passionate about his profession, he previously worked for an international group active in property consultancy in Switzerland.

He is looking forward to putting his expertise to good use with landlords and tenants and developing a personalised strategy for each project.
